Regarding pinning the arm, that is an awesome tip that I will try aswell. The struggle I seem to having is when I go to finish the triangle withe my second leg- locking it up they often slip out.
Its strange I used to hate triangles because I couldnt do any of them , now Ive been trying them fromevery position. Once I get better at this Im going to try an inverted one from bottom sidemount
