There's this older guy at my gym. Late forties - early fifties, I'd guess. He pretty much only does bench press. Enters the gym in his flip-flops, goes straight for the bench and begins with the empty bar. He then progresses to 100 pounds with horrible technique. Does 5 reps. Sits down on the bench, staring stupidly into space while chewing his gum and sipping water. He proceeds to do this for 5 minutes and then does another set. 5 minute break, another set. Always the same max volume of 100 lbs, always the stupid stare. I'm usually in the squat rack in front of the bench, setting new PR's on squats and deadlifts. I can't stand seeing his lazy demeanour in my breaks between sets. Why the fuck would you join one of the most serious gyms in the city, if you plan on being a pussy? We have guys at 73 years old who press 243 lbs. This demoralizing asshole really piss me off.

Am I misreading this, or does the guy in question have three arms?
