I slowly changed my diet buuuut it was pretty difficult for me early on going from triple cheese burgers & cake to chicken breasts & brown rice LOL
I can say that early on it was more cardio/training than diet but as soon as I cleaned my diet right up the weight started melting off!!
My diet always changes but mainstays over the past 3 years has been mostly chicken, tuna, salmon, turkey, greens & nuts. When in camp I rarely eat anything with starch or wheat. Seems to work for me
For this camp my food intake & weights program increased a lot because we know overseas you guys cut a lot more weight
