I actually remember that thread and that was pathetic. It was filled with self-pity and gave clear idea that Goober isn't Sylvia fan. He was concentrated on how he personally is so unlucky and how devastated he is, while his favourite (bullshit) fighter was beat down in 36 seconds and humiliated in front of huge crowd.

PBP threads for fights are always a good way to find out the truth about what people thought and how a fight actually went down; there's no post-fight analysis influenced by personal bias, there's just reaction at what happens. The Anderson-Sonnen I PBP thread is a good example of this; all everyone did was say how shocked they were and how Chael was completely dominating Anderson, and even after the fight when Anderson said his rib was injured everyone was just like, "Whatever, I guess that makes sense, but Chael still fought a perfect fight." and the people who said that his face was more messed up so he's actually losing during the fight were told to shut the fuck up immediately, and they did. But now everyone's like, "Pfft, Chael actually lost the majority of the fight, look at his face! Also, rib injury! He sucked in that fight!"
This thread's another great example of this. Fedor fought a legit top 5 fighter who was viewed as the most dangerous opponent he'd have faced in years, and that this would've been a really close fight that Sylvia could've definitely won, and Fedor destroyed him in just over half a minute, and the reaction was just that open-mouthed gape followed by a, "Holy shit..."
But now everyone's like, "Pfft, rankings, who cares about Rankings? Sylvia was over-the-hill way before that and Fedor got another cherry-picked opponent. Fedor's just overrated."
