Training 3 disciplines too much??
Ive been training boxing for a year now but now I have also fell in love with bjj...
Now I wanna branch out to mma eventually, so ive found this great wrestling school ran by a cuban... So at first I was plannin to enroll after getting the basics down in bjj, but since wrestling is so important and a good school is hard to come by... Maybe fuck it, and do all 3??
I might have the time but dunno if thats overtraining, I already bought some no xplode to help me on those lazy days
It would basically be mon to sat with 3 or 4 days double training, any advice?? Eat more?? I feel like I would need ten times more energy

If you have the money, then sure go for it.
You shouldn't be concerned about over training if you aren't also weight lifting at the same time.

You get used to it. But remember to work hard, but rest hard too, or else you can start dreading working out.

Get over it dude, you didn't win 1,2 and 5. Also Nick, I don't understand why you mentioned the dude was Cuban. If you just take one hit and chill out, you will still get stoned man.

Ive had the same problem doing wrestling, BJJ, and kickboxing (but at the same mma school). My advice is trying to find a school that teaches 2 disciplines. If you cant find wrestling judo is the next best thing. You will get burnt out from time to time so take 1 easy week every once in a while. Weightlifting helps but conditioning and technique is far more important. Good luck!
