It's seems as though a mass press release has gone out to the MMA media, stating I was involved in a bar brawl, arrested, and cannot obtain a P-1 visa to compete in the USA.
...I am currently awaiting a decision on my visa, which is not expected until late April. Which means i am unable to compete in the season 8 Bellator tournament, as it starts in January.
I will be fighting in Europe in the coming months, so I am able to stay active while awaiting a decision on my visa status.
I was not involved in a bar brawl. This is 100% a false statement.

yeah no way Daley did it. It's not like he's shown a poor temper before or committed other assaults.

whether you know it or not paul does seem to have grown up a big since the koscheck incident. he owns his own gym, has been respectful, even after being tko'd by diaz even though he thought it was stopped a little early. he just seems like he's matured a lot since then.

I wish he would of suggested a reason for why or how the whole bar brawl was originated; I'll wait to hear more about this, I am still indifferent about the situation.

I know.
It took me 2 weeks, maximum, to get a U.S visa. It can't be to do with anything from his past, otherwise he wouldnt have fought in the States, fullstop.
