i have heard it is a time buy like the WSOF on nbc sports. if it gets decent ratings then who knows.

I'm skeptical of the 4-hour air time. I'm afraid they may cut out some of the fights to try and squeeze it all in.

i think they are doing 4 hours for the dream part and another 4 hours for the glory part, so in total 8 hours. being split over two days.

DVR lists Dream 18 Special 2012 New Year's Eve 1/1 5p-9p & replay right after.
I'm hoping if they are short on time, they edit out the ceremonial stuff and the stuff where random big shots stand in the middle of the ring and give a speech.
If they abbreviated the actual bouts, that would be bad.

My thing with ordering the whole event off of Glory's site is the availability of watching it on delay. I want to watch this new years eve day like i usually do on dvr. If I can order it on 12/31 in the morning, I'd drop the $20.
