I think the boxer would win if his boxing was much better, in streetfights people often don't use lowkicks or submissions or whatever. It's generally straights and hooks. One could argue that a krav maga expert would win in a fight with an mma guy or boxer because he is more trained in using surroundings and dirty techniques like crouch kicks and stuff to put people down.
