Nah, it is an actual additional brand that Fuente puts out, comes in boxes of 25.

I've been sick and haven't had a cigar in almost a week.
I hope to be sufficiently recovered enough to enjoy an Opus X on Christmas Day, after The Meal.

Over 800 posts chaps, very positive.
I had an incredible Avo XO recently which someone gave me. Thought it would be like an expensive bland davidoff but this was the smoothest cigar I've ever enjoyed. Even burn, huge bellows of rich and dark smoke, enjoyed it right to the end.
Pipes have been magnificent, I won't hijack my own thread but they are taking up most of my smoking time. Amazing range, less time consuming and less clothes and hair odour, winning.

I enjoy a pipe on occasion, but cigars always get me back. The sweetness of a pipe is nice, but the spiciness of a good cigar beats it all day long.

Merry Christmas everyone!
My family and I went to Vegas the first part of December, so we stopped by Casa Fuente and had a BLAST, I smoked a Between the Lines and had a Mojito, my fiancee had her first whole cigar (she steals a puff or two from me every once in a while) it was one of my highlights of the trip. We also met a guy who talked me and the fiancee into going to Big Smoke starting next year...anyone go to that?

Merry Christmas my friends.
What a thread, seems like forever ago it was started.
I have to say, my old Dad was right. He smoked a pipe for 37 years and never once in that whole time had a cough, cold, runny nose or flu whatsoever, and as soon as he stopped he is plagued with them every couple of months. I am noticing the same, I cannot remember the last time I had a cold despite being constantly surrounded by people coughing and sniffling. Good times.
Not much smoking for me, had some WO Larson Signature Blend in a pipe on a walk the other night, and Gawith Hoggarth Rum Flake this evening. Only a couple of cigars the last while, the highlight being a Don Pepin Garcia Black Robusto. Very good, a little try so the smoke was harsh, but really good quality. Have another 3 of them in my stash.

Last night, after presents and dinner, I had an ultra-rare Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Lancero "Phantom" - I only had one, I got it a year ago and had been saving it.
Not normally a fan of lanceros, however being so limited - my shop got in one box of 13 cigars, limit one per customer (not one /day, 1 PERIOD) - I had to buy it. I had been sick last week, and hadn't had a cigar in 8 days, so I figured it was as good a time as any - good call, it was a great smoke.
The only drawback was the size/shape. Despite its awesome taste, I'm still not a big fan of lanceros - too thin. Still, it was a great tasting cigar which I highly recommend - provided, of course, if you can find one at decent (non-jackedup) price.

My Uncle made me smoke a Fuente yesterday. It was good but it'd been so long. Tore up my mouth. I was probably doing it wrong too. Tried to keep pace with a smoker.

Sounds awesome, glad you had so much fun.
I've heard Vegas Casa Fuente is insanly over-priced, but on the flip side I've also heard they have some really rare and/or exclusive cigars, so that would be torture for me - I'm a man who has a firm grasp of his own limitations, so best I avoid that place entirely.
As to the Big Smoke, I've heard about it. of course, thanks to Cigar Afficionado magazine. That's one of those dream trips I'd take if I ever won the lotto or something similar, but otherwise I could never justify spending money on something like that - for myself on myself, at least. Guess I need a sugar mama...
