Not bad, but there's no fold of your rear hip, which is important. 9 times out of 10 if someone has a weak hip, it's the rear one when they box. I don't know why, that's just how it works out. When you put your weight on the back foot you need to fold that read hip to get an angle, and get that head off-center.

Damn I thought it was the lead hip I wasnt folding correctly lol well thnx so much again for the input, it helps alot!!
Nah your lead hip is the only reason I said it looks pretty good. You'd be able to slip to your left very well. But to the right is another story, nothing there and your head is right smack on the center line. Means you'd have to react if I punched at you, and you only have balance one way, so I know where you're going.
Also, don't throw rear-hand hooks. The mechanics for that are difficult and you're not there yet. Straight right, rear uppercut. That's it.

I've never seen anyone (at least live) through their jab like Bleu does. His weight is mostly on the rear foot while he throws it and his lead knee pops up. Assuming he is doing it right (since you are watching), what are the benefits of doing so? Also, how can you give me some tips to relocte my weight to the rear leg while jabbing please?
Do you mean David, or Bleu? Because that is the video of Bleu.

In short, using the rear weight bias allows you use the ground more and drive the punch through without overexposing the lead leg or inhibiting movement and reach by immobilizing the front foot.
What you're seeing in the video is a motion to help Bleu develop the movement. In reality it will be more of a small step forward, which I believe IIRC that you'll hear Sinister remind him on in the video somewhere.

I actually got a pretty decent slip
to the left, to the surprise of my
coaches lol but yeh now im gonna
work on loading that rear hip
and take my head off center...
and stop drilling those bad habits
lol
heh you'd think the rear hook
would be the most basic strike
but guess not lol I dont ever use
it in sparring tho since im 6'1 and its kind of a short reach punch

The rear hook IS a short range punch. I prefer to use it as a defensive counter when an opponent comes in hot OR working the inside.
The mechanics vary depending on the application. That's why he's saying you're not ready for it. It requires a good foundation and its easy to off balance yourself if its done at the wrong time or in the wrong way.
