I know this is my first post, and this may seem like a blatant shill tactic, but I actually think the Glory option is being wrongfully criticized. I purchased the Monthly access this week for $20, which includes live streaming of NYE event, and I've been watching some of the previous Glory events and had 1 or 2 Showtime events playing in the background all in HD on what is a pretty slow connection by today's standards: 4mbps.
Admittedly there are errors on playback, like when the past event videos won't load while logged in, so you have log out play until you're prompted by the premium account sign and then login that way to watch the whole thing. I sent them an email and got a response in less than 2 hours, but their solution only worked once of the three attempts I tried... so I just use my method instead.
I have my fingers crossed that there are only minor setbacks, because there always are with these streams, during the Live event NYE.
I can't believe this is already going to be the 10th time I celebrate NYE this way, while I still miss Pride (and my age in 2003) this card reminds me why I reserve this slot of the year 11.9 months in advance.
The only thing is, where is Saku? Will he be commentating on J-PPV? It doesn't quite feel like NYE without Saku or Minowaman. I'd really like to get J-commentary, it adds to the overall feeling of the event.
