I have not tried it but I know some guys that have stared eating belgian blue steaks. They are supposed to be up there with venison an buffalo, but more lean and less cholesterol. I like swai too. Is in the catfish family a little less fatty than salmon, holds up on the grill well, and is cheap.
My dad just bagged the biggest deer of his life, so I'll be feasting on venison soon. Can't wait. Soak that stuff in salt water over night, homemade rub, seared on the grill...*drool*
