not TV, it's an online stream. Nico Nico is basically the Japanese youtube. the 2011 Japan MAX Tournament and Krush-EX vol.5 were on there. this is pretty good news since it means everyone will be able to watch. pretty sure you have to register for an account to watch live streams, but it's not that hard with google translate.

also looks like they're gonna be streaming Yarennoka beforehand.
