That Argentina and Brazil game was like that because it was overall result of 2 games, not one game like this. So that result has nothing to do with this game.

It was never stated that a game going to penalties would be paid out as a draw. It just says wins, draw or lose and it was a win on penalties for Lazio, so Lazio won the game and it should be paid out as a Lazio win.

We should make 90 minutes the standard if nothing else is stated imo, not the other way around. Up to Jester but not on any betting site would you get a payout for Lazio if there was a draw option when you put a bet down. On all betting sites 90 mins are standard. Just sayin. I did a double payout when I didn't specify, maybe Jester should do the same.
