In my world, these are the same.

I have a diet question. I know you and Janis eat very clean throughout the week. When you have a cheat day, do you pick it on that specific day for a reason? (For example: eating a big meal the night before deadlift day) Or do you just pick one day of the week at random?

I am so completely lost when it comes to nutrition.

Yeah, we usually have a big cheat meal before a heavy training session. A lot of people will notice a surge in energy from this sort of a carb load, but I don't notice much.

Hope the hand is feeling better Keo. Passing out in a gym is recipe for a serious injury from all the sharp edges etc. I got my meet video uploaded in my log, figured I'd pop it in here so more people will see it too.

You know Keo, I tell my son that if you're good enough people will notice you. Your actions will speak for you. You don't have to tell them you're good. This is all nice and good for an 11 year old, but for you, I would say do what you have to do, brother.

You have a talent, a tireless work ethic and a desire to bring others along for the ride. If you don't tout yourself at least a little, especially around those who know you and would support your efforts, you may end up missing that oportunity when someone has to be picked from the crowd.

Anyway, I think its worth it. You have nothing to lose or to be ashamed of, your vids are quality shit, your insight is, well insightful and you probably deserve your shot.

Great minds think alike. There was another guy in a Conquer shirt there too. A lot of elitefts stuff all over though, including the monolift.

I was also joking. Although I see trolling as being more at the expense of someone, where as jokes aren't necessarily so. But trolling is a newer word, so there's bound to be different opinions on the definition.

True. Trolling, in my view, is malicious when the person 'being trolled' doesn't know it. When I say I was "trolling," I mean that I was purposely saying ridiculous things--the stuff of trolls--but I wasn't doing it with the purpose of a troll in mind, which is to create a hostile atmosphere by purposely saying these things. So, no offense was meant.
