Congrats KS!
On another note, I've realized that I've gotten to the point in my training where, barring set backs, I should be setting all-time PR in terms of weight almost every cycle in the bench and press, and post-surgery PR in the deadlift and squat.

I always grocery shop in the states. People hate me because I don't shop locally but seriously your meat, eggs and dairy (my most important staples) are ALWAYS cheaper.
I've tried doing the buy from a local farm thing, but seriously it breaks the bank...

You get what you pay for. CAFO raised meat and animal products are terrible for you.

And on the topic of cross border shopping, American food regulations typically aren't as strict. Personally, I'd rather eat less meat, and make up the protein balance with eggs, milk and protein powder, than eat a lot of factory farmed meat.

You guys should come to NZ sometime. All of our beef and lamb is farmed outdoors, in grass paddocks, and fed hay. Only thing is that since we export so much, everything here is much more expensive.
Somewhat off-topic, but I recall seeing a graph showing that grass-fed beef contains less fat than chicken thigh does.
