not keo level, but ok
60 x 5 x 8

Plate extensions
25 x 10,10
20 x 10,10,10

Pushdowns
+10 x 10,10,10

Face rows
45 x 5 x 10

Vulcan gripper
up to
7/7 x 1,2,3 R
7/7 x 1 and a half rep x 3 L
Overcrushes and some reps

Pinch
up to 31kg with right hand.

Hammer curls
15 x 8
20 x 8,8,8
Curls
15 x 10,10

Looking forward to starting a full lift program after the new year,
I have no clue what it takes to get upper body lifts up.

Yeah, lol.
The only programs that has helped my bench besides noob gains has been peaking programs such as MM2K, add50 and Smolov!
Im going to ask my dad for some reccomendations and / or do sheiko in 2013. Hoping that will be a great bench press year for me.

Feels good to be a noob. On a serious note, why is it so hard to make gains after the novice stage? I think following a good structured program could increase the numbers of a lifter. Am I wrong?

You should consider the Cratos press program. You press 2x a week with a good mix of volume and intensity based on prilipellins table. Ive been doing it for 4 months now with steady progress.

210 x 1 , little bit of a grinder and depth was cut. 240 x walkout
220 x fail. No chance. No upward motion at all.

Feelin sad that I failed so much at squatting today.
Eat good and slept good, but when your body says "fuck it" it wont happen.

Most likely, Ill try again on thursday.
Going to get a video, no matter what happens.
