Trying to Gain Weight
Hi guys, I'm 14, 5'9", and around 137-140 lbs. I want to gain weight but it seems like i can never gain weight. I have a very fast metabolism. I eat A LOT. I usually eat 5 meals a day and some snacks. I've heard about drinking a lot of water. Thanks

Wrong forum, but consume more calories than you burn. If you have a fast metabolism that means you burn a lot. Try making protein shakes with either regular milk or half and half. eat high calorie meals/ snacks. Eat more. 6-8 meals a day is ideal. And most importantly sleep 8 hours a day at least.

Lift weights, push ups, pull ups, sit ups, eat nutella and pb&j sammies. Eat until you're sick of eating, and then keep eating.

find a good weight gainer (russian bear, up your mass, cell tech, etc) and drink like 3-4 shakes a day depending on the product you get, and push yourself as far as you can in the weight room.

Don't take any weight gainer or protein right now, you're too young. Eat a lot of clean protein (lean chicken, egg whites, lean pork, tuna) and stay fit. You're too young to hit the weights crazy hard right now. Once you're body is closer to being done growing, you're metabolism will slow down a bit on it's own and you'll be able to pack on weight much more quickly. Don't overlift or overeat at your age...give it some time. You'll see results soon
