Well down to a new low weight of 251.8, but it's probably gonna be completely destroyed by the next 3 weeks - going to visit GF this weekend (gonna eat crap), xmas party next week at work, then xmas with family and new years. Weight chart updated on page 1.

Although it's the holiday season, couldn't you try and eat semi clean at least whilst you're doing all that. Seems a waste to get carried away and then have to spend weeks/months to get back to where you were after you've been doing so well.

Get to the point you won't compromise your diet. No gf or hookup will effect you. Since my fight club diet, I have had a lot of lady attention. Its easy to let it go to your head but there is no cheating. We only cheat ourselves so, stay on course. How old are you? I am in almost 24. The more cut I get and defined, the more love the girls give. Its weirdo cause, when you are ripped, your assure of yourself, and confident. Its the over weight, fat or those depressed that need the love and inspiration.

Girlfriend visit, dodged that bullet. Came back with +4 lbs water weight, but a day of fasting + lifting = gone, plus at a new low weight (251 on the button). Next up, company xmas party tonight. Same deal, think i'm going to fast tomorrow and lift in the evening, should blow that water right away.

Trust me, I do not compromise. That being said, I do appreciate occasional deviance from my food plan - sometimes cheating is OK, as long as its a special occasion. I am a strong proponent of the 90/10 rule. 90% clean, 10% crap. aka 90% of the time eat perfect, 10% eat what might not be in your interest.

Congratulations man. I do not want to sound like a dick head but, I know so many girls, and they eat like shit. They treat their bodies like garbage trucks and they don't ever catch the shit for it. They just realize one day, they are fat, and men aren't giving them the time a day anymore. This isn't to describe all women or girls. I just started seeing this girl who is heavily into competitions. I couldn't imagine dating or fucking a girl who is a fat ass and or slob. Obesity disgusts me. Stick to your diet bro. You are doing amazing. What was it that you wanted to point out in the log? Strength going up or down? I was following the fight club routine of high reps and when, it got over done, I switched to heavier weight, and focused more on strength. I am thinking of adjusting to a full body workout that incorporates all the exercises together. I just need to change it up a bit. My diet will be adjusted to limit carbs. I have several pics, some before, and after stuff. I have even taken pics of my meals. That is how serious I am about this stuff. Lets help inspire one another and keep each other on track to reaching our goals while enjoying the process. Cheers!

+26 lbs from xmas/new years related refeeding. Not bad. lol.

Going to fast and lift until it's all off - this shall be an experiment with a 4+ day fast. What's going in my stomach during this time:

Coffee (small amounts of creamer)
BCAA (new addition - taking to support fasted lifting)
Broth
Standard suite of vitamins
Sugar free gum (with sugar alcohols/sweeteners)

Got a free sample of oxyelite pro while picking up my BCAAs today. Going to try it, see no reason not to. probably snake oil, and most reviews online are plants, but worth a shot.
