One of the guys is dead anywhore but I completely agree with this. I've always said that would have to be the worst sentence ever. Maybe starve him till he's near death then give him an IV to bring him back to just over the threshold. CBS is now emphasizing that the police have said "the shooter" multiple times and are saying this was an act of one person.

No idea who the man in custody is.

Shooter's body is inside the building. No word if he killed himself or was killed by the "fast acting" squad of police that showed up.

Authorities are now questioning the shooter's family and searching his home. They are waiting for a bomb squad before they search further. They found a body on the property of a home of connected to the shooter.
