my poiint is that now that im used to his style and know that i have to be on guard the whole time it has bennifited my traing in leaps and bounds , when im paired with him my elbows and guard is tight , and dont worry i smash his legs and body too , in general it has made for a more real training session , sparring him is like you are in an actual fight , but you get used to that too .
i asked him why he goes so hard all the time and he said thats how they train in the netherands , hes a nice guy (except for the occasional cheap shot ) and he really helped increase the intensity of our clubs training practices ,,, everyone kicks the fuck out of everyones legs now
not sure that is a good way for newbies to start their Muay Thai training.
