i asked him why he goes so hard all the time and he said thats how they train in the netherands , hes a nice guy (except for the occasional cheap shot ) and he really helped increase the intensity of our clubs training practices ,,, everyone kicks the fuck out of everyones legs now

not sure that is a good way for newbies to start their Muay Thai training.
