of all the vids ive seen him in hes very diverse
i think during the fights he knows the fighters themselves dont train much for em

yeah, like he never practiced anything but heal hooks before? really?
also keep in mind that a lot of guys practice stuff that never use in a match--some things just aren't tat comfortable in live situations, and the practice room is a completely different place than a live match.
i practiced upper body throws every single day in HS wrestling, and never once attempted one in a match because i just wasn't good at that style. but the point is to work on every facet just in case.
on that note, sonnen should have left his spinning backfist in the practice room LOL
