He has not fought in some time and his last fight was boxing, but when he could still climb between the ropes and school these young pups. His young guy just knocked out Joe Schilling while he was in the corner.

Who else has he beaten?
You can add Steve Moxon and Simon Chu to that list. Seriously name any other American fighting that has beaten fighters that are fighting on that level?

Ross has fought tough guys but he has lost to them. Granted he did okay against Seanchai.

Just hard to see someone not giving this to Hollenbeck.

It's because no one likes watching him fight. He's not nearly as technical as Ross. Hollenbeck is incredibly smart though. He's realized he can't out-technique these guys, so he's come up with his own way to win. In my mind, Ross is the most physically and technically gifted muay thai fighter in the US, but Hollenbeck has better wins. A lot of that is simply due to circumstance.

So like I said, he hasn't fought in years. How is he number 4 on your website's top 175-168 lb. fighters?

because he fought and won a title in his last muay thai fight. he never retired. Inactive does not mean no longer useful. Let the promoters call him with proper time to get ready and fight. Why would you post his retirement? He never announced such a thing.

Dude, he retired. Anyone who knows Manu at all or has trained with him is aware of this.

I agree. I think Chike Lindsay's the number one Muay Thai fighter in the USA. I know Kevin Ross has a W over him, but that fight's 3 years old and I think Chike's sharper and stronger now.

Speaking of Ross, does anyone know what is up with him? I think the last I heard about him was that he was recovering from a knee injury that put him out of action over a year.

He's making his return at Lion Fight 8 next month against Chris Kwiatkowski and he also signed with Glory
