Alright...first plan for a hard, cardio-intensive 5 rounds. Make sure your shoulders are ready for that type of length, striking is exhausting. The guy might be a 'plodder' but that doesn't mean he won't be able to go all 5 rounds. Now you mentioned you are a righty, and he is a righty too I'm assuming?
First, footwork. Second develop your jab, and your right-cross. I list footwork first because you're going to need to be in/out the entire match. Bob and Weave, never stay still. Ring-Control, ring-control, ring-control. Do not let him corner you, you will get the shit beat out of you if he corners you. Do not t-up with him, circle left constantly. Pepper him with jabs, change levels, go in, and land your cross, get back out. 1, 1, 2, forever.
Now let's talk about jab vs jab, which is where you want this fight to go 90% of the time. Fire off jabs to set-up range, fire-off jabs to beat his jabs, fire-off jabs just because he *blinked*, if you fire your jabs off he has to worry about defending your shot and not about landing his shot. Throw feints and follow in with a heavy right cross or right hook if you are far enough to his left.
Slip his jabs and get inside, then get back out. Dance around him so he overcommits to turning himself to his right, then come in from the outside of him. Footwork and head-movement are going to be your friend.
If he is taller then you, practice punching up, shorter, practice down. It will also make a difference.
If you want to maybe knock someone out, aim for the head, but if you want to break a man, truly break a man, aim for the body. When he's broken, then you aim for the kill.
Good luck. Let us know how it goes win or loss. W means you Celebrate, L means you Learn.

First you win a point, then you lose a point. Keep the score at zero-zero. Pulverize him for the full three minutes. Then in sudden death you get the point, we win. I want him to experience pain. First he suffers.

Are you slow? Which part of my posts is difficult for you to understand?
That fighters lift? Yeah, it's true. It's part of strength and conditioning training.
Is it that a good big man usually beats a good small man? That's also true. There's a reason weight classes exist. Not sure if you watched then but when pride had size differences in fights the judges were supposed to take that into account. Do you think Aldo will beat JDS because he's more skilled?
I don't know why I need to explain this stuff to you.

I think that you are not a good big man. I think that mighty mouse would wreck you.
I think that the only training you had are curls in the squat rack and shadow boxing in between sets.
Correct me if I'm wrong. Last thread someone asked you what's you training background, but it got deleted. Answer it here, so we can judge if you are a 'good big man'.
Also anyone under LHW? you realize without even mentioning A. Silva, there's belfort, belcher, palhares, hell even GSP n Rory, who no matter how big you are, would push your shit in faster than you can style your mohawk.

What are you on about? I think you have me confused with someone else.
You're expecting me to post my credentials so that you, a creepy little internet nerd with a propensity for making up stories, can judge whether I'm worthy? Really?
Run along kid, I'm sure you've got homework you should be doing.

My homework is all finished.
I remember you saying you can beat anyone under LHW in the thread about which ufc fighter you think you can take. Shame it got deleted, you were styled on by not only by me, but a lot of other posters.
Anyways, good luck with your badassery goals of 2013.
EDIT: Would still be nice to know what kind of division 1 all american, adcc medalist, golden gloves champ badass is claiming to wreck UFC fighters. Where is your fighter's tag? PM a mod I'm sure it can arranged.

As I said, I think you're confusing me with someone else. That, or you're telling porkie pies.
Also, you styled on someone on an internet forum?!? Read that part back to yourself and tell me it doesn't sound retarded. Who says that?
I'm not even going to bother responding to the rest of your dribble. It'd be nice if the thread still existed, i could just refer you to that to point out how flawed your memory is... Or maybe that's what styling on someone is?
