I think it's a mental block more than anything. Younger people grow up hating vegetables because all their friends do.

Anyone who grew up in a farming community usually doesn't have that problem.

Like anything else, start preparing them yourself with different variations, before long you will love them. Anything you fix yourself automatically tastes better.

Throw a bunch of veg/leafy greens into a blender. Down the shit. Treat it like a supplement. Over in 10 seconds. Then have whatever meal/meat youre having to wash out that taste.

i dont buy into the eat it even if you hate it bullshit.

if you dislike certain veggies, try others and find some you like.

Shakes are definitely the answer here. I hate the taste of veggies too, but I get plenty via shakes
Just throw in a single fruit and it really doesn't taste that bad.

Spinach
Kale
Strawberries

Add a lil water so it isn't so thick and bam.

There are tons of recipes out there. But yea, from one of the pickiest eaters out there shakes are a blessing.
