RISE/M-1MC Infinity
This is one of the best things happening in the Japanese scene at the moment, as M-1 is closely associated with REBELS and the fighter pool that they can pull from is pretty big. The first event had a bunch of good matchups on paper and ended with a lot of finishes and a pretty big surprise, with Yusuke Shimizu drawing Rajadamnern Stadium champ Sirimongkon PK MuayThai.
The second event is on January 6th and already has some good matchups.

I think Sun Hyun Lee will win again, guy is a beast. And can't sleep on Seung Ryul Kim, because unknown Koreans always come out of nowhere like SH and CH Lee did. Umeno must've taken a kickboxing fight to prove that he could do it after losing at K-1.

I think this would be draw #4 for Sirimongkol on the year.

Kotetsu, maybe? if so, he had a chance to make it into the Krush 67kg GP, but lost his fight-in bout to Makihira Keita by decision

Hmm. He was mostly speaking japanese to my group which I don't really understand. They said it was for Rise I'm pretty sure and name was Katsu but I could easily misheard. Was pretty small and also pretty young.

I hope Genji bounces back, I did the spotlight on him before the K-1 event and have always been impressed with his skills. January will bang for sure.

Not really lol. Stuff here and there. There's a guy from Sun Hyun Lee's team that uploads all of him and Chang Hyun Lee's fights. Sun Hyun Lee vs Yuki from today should be up soon http://tvpot.daum.net/source/Top.do?srcid=52826&lu=v_my
