yes the velcro and lace up are completely different gloves. The lace up are truly a punchers glove. The design is incredible. The stitching is immaculate. The glove is designed to maximize hand protection and is especially great for anyone with prior hand injuries. The padding is spongy enough to use for sparring but stiff enough to be used for bag work/ mitt work.

The velcro glove are all training glove. These gloves are more spongy and great for muay thai sparring. They are super easy to open your hand to make clinch work easier. The gloves have that more traditional thai design. In addition, these gloves feature an air mesh palm to air out bad odors and cool your hands from overheating when working out. These are an improved version of our BGV1- Breathable we believe.

In addition, as you can see we will have the bag glove as the picture above. These gloves are for MMA fighters, and Muay Thai Fighters primarily looking to increase their handspeed and technique. These gloves are super stiff great for pad work and bag work. If you like that style bag glove, these are the bag gloves for you. In addition, they are open thumb for those looking to use for clinch drills.

We did not post a picture, but we will also have an mma sparring glove, and a very innovative bag glove. Our official bag glove is going to be unlike anything before. It will feature an air mesh palm to help air our bad odors and keep the hands from overheating. The coolest thing about these gloves though is the leather used to make them. These bag gloves, will use lamb leather a stronger leather than cowhide leather. We did some research and found that lamb leather was better for bag work and pad work. It is alot softer and higher quality than cowhide leather in how it feels. In addition these bag gloves use a special light absorbing foam so when you punch mitts or a heavy bag the impact stops and does not reach your hand. These gloves will only come in 10oz and 12oz.

In addition I think you will all finally have a headgear that directly competes with FG2900 offering identical protection, equal quality if not better as our design is handmade by experienced craftsmen, and is going to be way more affordable.

Last thing, the shin pads are super lightweight and thinner than our past shin pad models. So they are not extra bulky, but still offer that armour protection so you can really spar 110% an not fear injury.

We will also have thai pads, focus mitts, belly pads, and kick pads....

The stitching is phenomenal and you can easily tell the difference between this headgear and a headgear that is not handmade based on the overall feeling/ design/ quality of this headgear. The headgear features raied ear protection with an added ear bar to prevent ear ringing when hit and maximize ear protection. The cheek protection is my favorite part of this headgear. It extends far enough that you should not feel impact to your nose and your nose should not get directly hit. We tried to cut the shape of the eyes and cheek protection to maximize vision. The forehead protection is also thick to protection you from a stiff punch. The headgear is very comfortable and super lightweight. Although it will be more than our current headgear, the headgear will be way less than any major brand such as Hayabusa Tokushu, Winning, Grant, and Cleto. And be equal protection/ quality to winning if not better. I know like triumph came out with a winning inspired headgear design, but it was made in Pakistan and that special care was not taken into account when it was made.

Our new headgear is being hand made by skilled craftsman in Thailand to not just make an extremely protective high quality headgear, but truly create a masterpiece in combat equipment.

@firstDan this headgear is nothing like our Victory Line headgear. We actually are not going to be selling our Victory Line headgear as the finished products did not come out to my liking and did not fit my demands for a high quality product. We are going to rework the design and come out with a new and improved Victory headgear in the coming months.

The Golden Gear headgear is beyond just a headgear as I mentioned before. It really is a masterpiece in combat sports equipment. It is handmade, handcrafted, and hand stitched by expert craftsman. They headgear has a very similar design to the winning FG-2900 ( I would say most close out of any brand that has made similar designs) But I think it is higher quality to be honest as the materials, foams, and PU leather are stronger and high quality. This is just my opinion as I have gone through several samples when making this headgear and several top brand headgears such as Grants, Winning, Cleto Reyes (ripped them all apart to see the foams/ materials) The Golden Gear headgear uses the highest quality materials we could find and is designed to maximize comfort, protection, and life span!
