Zombies seem very slow and plodding. All they give a shit about is eating brains. Those are not qualities an employer looks for in an employee. They want multi-taskers.
On the other hand, if you're looking for someone to eat brains or drone on in a monotonous voice you'd be in the market for zombies.
I would personally go with robots. They can be used for many purposes, including consuming brains.
