lunch ideas

So I have the benefit of having a kitchen at my job. So I started using it and trying to cook good and clean. I have one hour lunch so looking for ideas to cook. Remember I have to clean up and can't bring a ton of stuff back and forth to work.

Here is what i've been cooking
Coconut oil for anything I fry

Vegetable chicken stir fry

Shrimp stir fry

Turkey burger on wheat or potato bun

whole grain pasta w turkey sausage and hot peppers

Grilled buffalo chicken sandwich

I would kill to have this. I have access to a community fridge and a microwave so I always just bring in the other half of last night's dinner

I worked here for four years and just started taking advantage of it. I'm pretty much the only one that cooks in it and everyone thinks I'm nuts. We have a stove with two burner, an oven, toaster, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. So cooking ideas?

  • Chicken/Steak/tuna in whole wheat wraps. Add some lettuce, salsa in the wrap or other vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, peppers) in the frying pan
  • Chicken/Turkey/steak/tuna green salad. Add some pine nuts, walnuts, other healthy nuts and some parmesan or low-fat mozzorella.
  • Protein pancakes
  • Omelettes on whole wheat bread

Ok I'm jealous now. And hungry

I'll add these to the rotation. all are easy especially the eggs. I keep a weeks worth in a protein shaker and in the morning just shake it and pour some in a pan. I can do that at work too and just bring what i want to add to it

Your co-workers are going to be pretty annoyed by you lol. Cooking in the office is going to make the whole place smell like your food.
