I sourced some organic yerba mate from brazil and drank the tea a few times and couldn't ever come to any conclusions about what it did. I'm pretty sensitive to caffiene so i may have not taken enough but some people swear its much better than coffee because it doesn't have much of a crash so that s a good suggestion

Pre-ban (banned in UK at least, not sure about elsewhere) a fair few supplements contained DMAA/1-3dime, not just caffeine, which is a legitimate if somewhat dangerous stimulant.

Basically, you got a series of pre workouts, usually supplements with caffeine and a variety of other things, possibly beta alinine or a variety of things. Research and find out what works for you. I do not use super pump. Its got too much caffeine, I am sensitive so, I found craze works better, and the mental awareness boosters are insane. Novem as well.

Xtend is a bcaa product by scivation but, a intro workout so, you can take with your workout. A pre workout obviously just before but, what works for me and you maybe different Try new things but, research the supplement and be in good health plus talk to your doctor before supplementing. Its not safe to self medicate.

which also had no real benefit. its a marketing scheme upper. you can get the same "pump" from a good meal and caffeine, for much cheaper, and without all the bullshit additives.

i assure you that if you are having some problem with energy you are either (a) not sleeping enough, or (b) not eating well.

stimulants work for some people, for others they don't. to declare an absolute like "stimulants are all bullshit" is bullshit.
