I was planning to do Starting Strength Tues. and Sat. beginning next week. If so, would I do HCLF only on lifting days and LCHF on the rest?

If you were to continue calorie cycling, then yes, but I would personally recommend keeping your carbs at a moderate level on your off days so that you can survive your muay Thai lessons. I would also recommend reducing your calorie deficit on your off days from lifting.

Unless Im training 2x I typically IF for 16-18 hours. Break my fast with a hearty meal around 1-2ish and either lift or train MT around 530. After the session have a huge meal to cap my night off. And fast till I break for lunch. Honestly try it out, mess with what foods you eat when. Theres no way for us to know how your body will react. You can make this work, just be smart about it. Atleast for me when Im running and doing MT often I need to carb up before and after.

Getting sick while on a diet, what would you do?
Stick with diet regardless of how miserable you are, eat at maintenance until recovery or EAT ALL THE THINGS to speed recovery? I've been eating at maintenance but not paying attention to macros. Doesn't help that the house is being re-wired and I have no light to cook by after about 4pm.

Thanks, I'm planning to make 16 hrs the absolute minimum. 17 regular.
ALSO, what the fuck? Is it just me or is the amount of PWO carbs stupid large?
Carbs 183.81 483.19
Total Calories 1855.04 2782.56
Rest day, Training Day respectively. I'm estimating 17% body fat, 1.3 activity factor. BMR = 1783 kcal
Holy shit. I mean granted, I only eat two meals a day in my feeding window, and I split my meals 20/80% caloric-wise pre and post workout. But fucking hell, how am I supposed to ingest 380+ carbs in one sitting? My staple food is rice, and I'd have to eat around a kg of cooked rice to be 40 carbs under. Maybe I should try substituting some rice for raw oatmeal, which is more carb-dense?
Some additional information:
-I was 158 last Monday, 150 today after Muay Thai. Most of what I lost was probably water weight, but I know I haven't been reaching my macros

I eat everything in the house when I'm sick. Return to your diet when you're healthy. Your body needs calories when you're sick.
Hope you feel better.

Spaghetti with sauce, pretzels, bagels, Smarties (they're made of pure glucose), low-fat dinner rolls, low-fat pancakes (Krusteaz makes a good one). Just to name a few

Cheers mate, looks like I'll be well enough to train by Sunday, I'm hoping. Gave up on the maintenance idea, last night ate a shit ton of bolognaise with so much garlic bread it was unreal. Weighed in +2lb today.

Add carbs to other parts of the meal. Bread your chicken, use carby, calorie dense curry sauce, BBQ marinades, Pasta sauces etc. Eat potatoes. Treat yourself to desert. Eat garlic or naan bread and dunk it in the sauces when you have pasta/curry.

In my opinion, that's always the way to go. I'd rather eat everything in sight in order to train and diet hard sooner! At worst you'll gain about 1/8 of a kg combined with a bit of water. You also get to eat garlic bread, which is substantially more awesome than eating a bunch of chicken, toast, and Gatorade in the hopes that you'll hit your macros.

Cant rave enough about dairy products. Milk and Greek Yogurt are huge staples of my diet. Love the taste and the benefits.
