Exactly weed was never legal, they had/have a policy where they allow people to smoke it in bars and etc. But the weed itself was never in any way legal.

Weed is illegal in the Netherlands, but after riots in the 70s and 80s they decided not to prosecute it. Basically this means it is officially illegal by law, but the police and judges won't do anything against using it. Albeit officially illegal, they allow selling small quantities in specialized shops with a license. Growing it at home is officially illegal but they allow it up to a few plants grown without artificial tools. Growing and selling it in large quantities is illegal and is prosecuted actively. So basically you have shops that are officially illegal, but are allowed to sell small quantities, and are at risk of being prosecuted for buying or growing large quantities.

Does this make sense? NO

a true legend for sure. i have his dvd when he was younger, and even at old age he was impressive like hell. I LOVED it when i saw him kicking Schilt out of the 2010 tournament; remember i screamed a lot during that fight lol

There really isn't anyone who loves fighting and Kickboxing as much as Peter Aerts. With that said I hope he is close to retirement...

Does he have any brain damage is just sheer speculation due to the way his voice sounds in interviews? If there is, then it's not a smart thing for him to continue fighting and he should have retired.
