We went over Europe

What about overall any country who in the future will bring the most fans?

Do you think the klits brothers would now get their fans to travel to America with them?

And as far as haye, price, fury, povetkin we got to see if they have a belt would 20,000 or a large group come too see them in Vegas

Did Lennox have a traveling fan base at the end of his career when he got accepted?
Eastern Euros tend to get big travelling crowds wherever they go. Povo especially I think has his own caravan. That Ukrainian Olympian who posed with Klitschko will likely get a big following. Wach has a big following too. The PPV buys for Wach-Wlad in Poland were said to be pretty big but we don't hear much about it. I'd say the Eastern Euros tend to have the best travelling crowds but they seem to just blend in so much no one notices them. The Brits tend to be pretty loud and obnoxious so they'll stand out more.

Yea I would agree I want too see how much polish fans where at that fight. German fans love seeing big white people beat people up. I hope Fury wins and fights vitali I would like too see that atmosphere fury will hype up the fight. I would love to see vitali in Brooklyn or Madison square garden in one of his last fights. K2 is a money making machine great production.

It seems like Russians don't travel much. It's crazy the klits r more loved in Germany then the Ukraine. All this klitschko talk has me ready to tune into epix and watch waldimir beat up his next victim.

As far as poland even in mma pudzilla from Poland a freaks show gets huge crowds.

Traveling fan bases
1. Tie Germans and British
2. Polish " travel further then Spanish"
3. Mexicans
4. Puerta Ricans
5. I'll just say rest of the former soviet union tied with rest of the uk

They're definitely bigger in the Ukraine - well if you account for the population difference. The money just happens to be in Germany. Vitali and Wlad could set stadium records in the Ukraine but German money is better than Ukrainian money. There were plans to have Vitali fight Charr in an 80,000 seat stadium in Ukraine. I've no doubt they could do that regularly there if they wanted, but it's a bit like saying why doesn't Mayweather fight outside of Vegas? Because he doesn't have to.

Remember there's 80 million people in Germany and 45 million in Ukraine, yet Ukraine's ratings match and often dwarf Germany's. Wlad-Wach was watched by 12 million in Germany and 10 million in the Ukraine. Haye-Wlad had 16 million in Germany and over 20 million in Ukraine (HALF THE COUNTRY). Vitali-Chisora had 16 million viewers in the Ukraine and about 15 million in Germany. By comparison the national team's world cup qualifier match a few months ago averaged 7 million.

I don’t think Haye is as well liked as Hatton (yet heavyweights normally get more adoration), Haye is nowhere near as loved as ‘our Enery” Henry Cooper (RIP).

Haye lost a lot of fans thanks to things out of the ring:

Probably Froch, followed by Brook atm in the UK.

If we're including Haye, then he'd get a huge following against V. Klits, but that's not fans dedicated to him in the way they were to Hatton, it's generic Brit support.

When you talk about getting truly dedicated fans, who support you specifically, you need to have a personality that connects with the public. Hatton had that, Bruno had that.

No other Brits currently have, but Froch is probably the closest, he has a very dedicated following in not only Nottingham, but the East Midlands in general, and his recent run of fights has increased hsi rep with the wider public.

I think there's some merit in the Khan/Muslim argument, but it's not the only reason he doesn't have that core fanbase. He just doesn't have the personality to market himself, combine that with his Prescott loss and people just thought he was overhyped.
It's unfair as he's a world class boxer who has exciting fights, but i agree that if he was a white, working class lad from a council estate in Birmingham, Manchester or Newcastle, he'd probably be more popular than he is.

Well, yes ofcourse. The British are going to support their own, a Pakistanni muslim isn't British. A white person born in Africa isn't African, just like being born in a barn isn't going to make you a horse.
The British will give huge support to their own ethnic people.

Froch and Haye aren't as well liked as Hatton, no where near. They divide opinion, Hatton never did that, he was loved by everyone. There was no reason to dislike Ricky, everyone could relate to him and he was as genuine as there was.

Froch is pretty arrogant, which isn't that bad now that he is actually successful, but once over he was impossible to listen to. I think people still hold that against him, that and his few clear losses. He is still a popular fighter though.

Haye is love and hate. He will always bring a lot of fans, but he will never have the full country behind him like Ricky did. There was a lot of British fans rooting against him when he fought Wlad. The working class British public hate arrogance.
