Hey there! Its 4:52 AM and its time for me to update the log!
So, today was d-day! As miaou said we went at the gym at around 7 oclock, and it was packed! No airconditioning whatsoever so it was like the sahara desert.

Around 10 oclock we started warming up and i was nervous as hell (stim overdose). While warming up the weights seemed heavy and instead of opening with 200kg i opened with 195 successfully.

I suck hard with the walkout and the spotters were ready to save me in case i failed... im glad i disappointed them!

I thought that 220 would be a grind but it was successful and with good speed as well!

And for my last attempt i chose 230kg! Some weeks ago i had failed hard with those but i said lets give it a try... and i managed to complete the lift successfully!

After watching the vid i was impressed with my speed lol, it seems like i have another 10kg easily haha - 240 was my goal at the beginning of the squat competition and i think ill manage to achieve it!

The environment was very friendly and i am a lot more motivated now to keep on progressing!

Great speed man! I like how friendly that meet seemed. Everyone clapped and cheered you on. Huge squat, congrats and I def. think you have 240 in you!

Decent workout considering yesterday's squat max. I'm still very happy with my PR and the whole meet atmosphere. I cant imagine what a real meet would feel like!

yes indeed the meet was very friendly! i wasnt expecting that.
