The Bellator events I have been to have had fights after the TV portion was over FYI. Not sure if that is something they still do or do often, but I have seen it.

I've been to a couple Bellators'. I suggest buying the cheapest tickets in advance and crossing your fingers for an upgrade the night of the event.
The promotion, venue, and network don't want the place to look empty on TV, so they move people up to make the place look more full sometimes.
