i wake up for work at 5:30am, so around 2 or 3pm, i usually take a 2 hour nap or so before dinner.

Always need a nap before heading to gym. I tend to take my nap after eating a huge meal when coming home from school or work.

There's a trend in my workout when I take my naps vs not and I feel much more energized a stronger after I wake up from the nap. Even though for the first 15 minutes I feel tired as shit.

Pounding a monster might have something to do with it.

Since my schedule now allows it, I take a power nap every Saturday and Sunday for 30-60mins. I feel phenomenal after. Works great since I lift in the AM and PM on the weekend.

Not if I work or training later in the day to do. Mid day naps leave me groggier. I just like getting all my sleep at night.

Hardly ever. I feel more tired if I do.
