Help pick my first gloves

I will have my new Victory Athletics sparring gloves from Golden Gear early this week. I will give a heads up on those once I recieve them. Maybe those will be an option.

I just got a Ring to Cage 18oz glove and still have to test it out and break it in. So far I'm impressed with the strap system; if every glove had it there would be no need for laces anymore.

My picks would be ringside imf and ring to cage MiM. Haven't tried Billboxing, but people seem to recommend it. That and Hayabusa Tokushu's.

Ended up buying the Ring To Cage Mim gloves today from mmawarehouse for $55 or something like that. As well as some other cybermonday deals.

I don't think you'll be disappointed. R2C makes really high quality gear at reasonable prices. Also, their customer service great.

Just get a pair of Twins if you are kickboxing. You will not be disappointed.

There's a reason why every single Muay Thai fighter use Twins. I've seen a lot of other gloves, but none of them come close.

As bag gloves, it doesn't matter a whole lot whether you get boxing or Muay Thai gloves.

The only other glove outside of Twins that I like are the Gorilla Gear's Hitman Gloves:

They are 16 oz but sized slightly larger than 10oz gloves. Most of the padding is in the knuckles. I use it for sparring only because it simulates fighting with 10 oz gloves. These gloves are styled as Kickboxing gloves.
