apparently he is a korean wrestling national champion and has been training mma for 10yrs now, just never competed in it. 
stylistically could cause problems for monson, depending on his striking. but you never know how his wrestling will translate to mma.

Any idea if this fight is a short-notice fight? It seems weird that a guy who has no professional MMA fights is fighting a decent veteran with 61 fights under his belt like Monson.
If it's not a short-notice fight, I wonder if ROAD FC knows something we don't. This guy with either roll over Monson real fast, or lose via submission. I'd hope Monson wouldn't let it go to decision vs. a guy with no professional fights.
