I'm not sure, as I don't know what my 1RMs are, currently.

My squat PR is 465 and my deadlift PR is 585.

As it stands right now, I'm doing a meet on January 19.

Cratos can a 2 board press be used in Sheiko? I want to work on my my midway point and lockout.

On another note, good job with the squats!

damn, those are some nice squats man. Looks like Sheiko was working well for ya (I"m assuming that's what you're still doing?)

What's your bodyweight at? just curious.

I've never done any board presses before, sorry.

I think you should just work on your regular bench press, at this point.

Yeah, still doing it. I guess we'll have to wait and see what the results are.

I haven't checked lately, but I'm guessing still around 210, maybe a little under.
