Ya, just use it dude. They took GCC out due to bad publicity and not because they felt there were legitimate safety concerns. There haven't been any reports of anyone be negatively affected by GCC that I know of. Check out the expiration date... what does that say? Most likely it isn't even expired. That stuff has a decent shelf life and you can't blame stores for keeping good unexpired merchandise on the shelves. If it's expired then you can blame the store because I believe they are obligated to make you aware of expired merchandise.

For what it's worth, I've always been told that since it's already in liquid form; the proteins break down very quickly inside it. From the time it's made, manufactured, packaged up, shipped to the store, and you buy it, it has little to no protein in it. I don't know this for a fact, but a very reputable CSCS told me this once and I believe him.

Sorry for such an old bump, but I thought it was worth saying.

Do you think the protein in milk breaks down over a similar time period?

Also, HOLY NECROPOST. But, thanks for not starting a new thread!

No, I don't. That's actually exactly what came into my head whenever he replied that i wasn't true, which is why I didn't argue.

Squat may have broken the D&S record for the most epic bump ever. At least he's using the search button!
