Diaz has a serious problem with Marjuana

Nick's serious problem is ACs doing cheap ass urine tests on UFC fighters, instead of a blood test which shows active (illegal) MJ.

Under the rules Nick can smoke all fucking camp as long as he doesn't turn up high on fight night.

The cheap ass tests that Nick failed show any usage within the last days or even weeks.

No, pot is not illegal during the last week or so. And active THC (being high) is easily detected with a blood test without the chance of a false positive.

Nick should have immediately had a blood test done after doing the piss test if he was worried about the result.

Of course he's "addicted" to marijuana, it alleviates something that was deemed a "serious medical problem." Would you say he's addicted to prescription medication because he used it daily to alleviate his ADD and anxiety disorder? I doubt it, but because he uses marijuana (which is a safer alternative) to do the same thing, he he's an addict that's ruining his life.
