lol, well im 5'11'' and 170 so I wouldn't say I'm fat.
If you read this thread you'd see for over a month I was eating pretty clean pre workout, but I was running really late and just made a quick easy mac and it was fantastic for training.
I tried veggies & fruit pre workout and it upset my digestion. Tried just fruit and it seemed to give me a crash mid training. I tried whole grain but it was just too heavy and made me feel sick.
A nice light easy mac + walnuts though was pretty expert.
I know it isn't scientifically optimal, but so far it's been the most practical. I'll keep experimenting with idea's to see if I can find something that works better, but until then...
