I never did play a significant amount of time of Vice City, but I can agree that it captures the essence of the time period it was aiming for. I have owned San Andreas and GTA IV, and I must say the San Andreas had much more replay value. I sure hope GTA V has a staggering amount of replay value once the missions were complete.
