Increasing cardio by only breathing ?
Is there any way to significantly increase cardio, by not sweating, meaning not going running, sparring, bagwork, or any stuff that is the `typical` way to increase it. What Im getting at here, is there any excercises that exist that you could do, by breathing (or not breathing, holding your breath) that would increase cardio? Probably not. Worth a go. Anybody heard anything? Cause if it exists something like this, it is not so well known, or popular. Not all good things are.

There's no substitute for hard work unfortunately.

Not breathing for intervals during swimming is a useful exercise, but it's not advised you do it alone.

I've stopped breathing, that energy that can be used for other things. My cardio has greatly increased.

Is this a serious thread?

I don't know. I'll see if I can increase my cardio just by breathing, and you try by not breathing and then we'll compare notes.
BTW, I have more vcash than anyone in this thread. Time to hit up the PR thread I suppose.

Unfortunately, no. If you want cardio, you need to put in the work.
