This is my last week of TM. Its just to taxing on me. I love it, and I made some kick ass gains on it. But its just too much for too long. I also made bigger jumps than I should have, But it brought me a long way. Probably going back to 531, westside/conjugate method is also in the mix, but I do know I need something where I am not squatting,benching,deadlifting all in one session and al fairly heavy. Its just too much. Week after week. Its been a while, and like I said I made some seriously awesome gains on it, and would totally recommend it to anyone. It will put you through the ringer. If you can survive it, you're on to only bigger and better.
Monday Texas Method (90% of 5rpm 5x5)
squat 40kgx5, 70x5, 90x5, 125 5x5
This was actually surprisingly easy. I fucking smoked it today, my last three sets were the best ones. And I seriously am loving the fact we are just going at it. Have two other guys (fairly newbies) and we just go, squat/other two add or take off the weights,or go get the next weights to be put on, and then the next guy goes. It really is pretty cool. And I am liking that they keep showing up on the days they have to be there.
bench press Now I fucked up here. I put 75kg on the bar and did it for 5 reps. And it DESTROYED my bench workout, after that 70 was like a crushing mountain of shit coming down on me. So I did 3 sets of 5 with 70kg and called it.
deadlift
60kgx5, 100x5, 130x1, 150x1 155x1 160x1 This was fun but I need to do it on a day when I haven't went through hell on squats. 160 came up nice and easy for me today. Thinking I'll be close to 400lbs by the end of the year, which makes my 1000lb total by summer not only possible, but I may have to adjust it to a slightly higher total. We'll see around spring festival time.

Short training session - very short on time.
Power clean form felt pretty solid (for my standards) up until 80 kg, wobbly on 85 and utterly shitty on 87.5. Still, today was probably the best/strongest my power cleans have felt. Looking forward to getting doubles at 90 kg with decent form and have now started eyeing 100x1 as a longer term goal.
This will probably be my last front squat session before Dec 1st.
