I suck at judging depth, but it looks like he just hit parallel.
I suck as well, but based on other squats I've seen by him, I'm inclined to doubt his depth. He probably should get the benefit of the doubt, since I'd give it to most other lifters, but I can't help it.

He cut 903 way high and he knew it. Don't judge a lifters prowess for hitting depth by one lift (not to mention a WR attempt).

Konstantin Pozdeev at ~215 lbs with a rather clear shot on depth:
You could argue the bar comes to a stop through the middle of the lift which could get it red lighted (it wouldn't). That being said, there's no real reason to be that overly critical of a gym lift; insanely impressive.
