This will be a tough fight for both Remy and Spong. I really like both fighters and I find it hard to predict who will win.
I agree with whitesport; Remy is nowhere near finished. This will be a very interesting fight.

If Spong continues to train his kickboxing, I see him winning, if he spends more time doing MMA training, I could see him losing.. I do think it's his fight to lose though.

Even though Bonjasky is a now a shadow of his former self, I still think he takes it.
Remy by decision.

I was hoping Spong was 100% focused on MMA.
I'll take Spong to beat Remy anyhow

That's all you can really say-if Spong goes headhunting, Remy can cover up and counter with kicks. If Spong is smart and goes for those vicious bodyshots he does, he'll be better off.

Spong by TKO or stoppage in R3.
In Spong, Bonjasky has an opponent that's fast and can set up an intelligent offense. He can catch him, and when that happens, he'll get the better out of the exchanges. Bonjasky will be reluctant to let his hands go out of fear of getting his his eye hurt.

They're both tactical, disciplined and smart fighters.
If you count the losses to Schilt out, Remy only has one TKO loss in all his K-1 career (to CroCop) and that was a long time ago, so it's unlikely Spong will manage to (T)KO him. This will probably go to a decision.

Spong will win this, no doubt. Remy been out awhile, Spong is young and relevant and has veteran status all rolled into his youth.
