Has anybody heard of Team FAST from Virginia?
I had a friend who use to train with them and I'm just wondering if it's a good camp to train in. I haven't seen my friend in a long time and have no contact info so I can't ask him now.

I heard the name is derived from how their fighters lose...

I'm from Eastern KY and know those guys pretty well. Their gym isn't too far away from the school I go to and we fight at some of the same shows, etc. From what I can tell they're a good group of guys. I especially like Adam Mays, he's a pro fighter from there and he's a good dude. Josh Ryan came to the school where I train, and he was good to me and a very solid grappler (I think he's around the purple belt level in BJJ) but he seemed to have a temper when he was sparring with another guy. I'm not sure if he still fights but Sean Beller was a very good boxer and was undeafeated in amatuer MMA for like 15 or so fights. The only guy that I don't really care for from there is Bobby Strouth, but it's because of his refereeing of local MMA, I have no clue how he is as a coach or trainer. Hope this helps.

I worded my sentence wrong. I meant I had a friend who trained there. I can't ask him now because I don't know where to reach him.

Have you heard of Mike Kennedy? He's a solid HW. He's 13-1, all finishes including a 7 second KO and his only loss is avenged.

I haven't heard of him, but he sounds pretty mean.
