ya, i thought about it too, just seeing how Pac is so distracted lately, I won't be surprised by anything that happens. another thing that bothers me, even more, is that Pac doesn't really feel a need to rectify that fight.. Most champions would be eager to fight a rematch, his lack of desire for a rematch is troubling. Pac can only blame himself for fucking off so much because the fight wasn't that good to begin with, both guys looked like they were sleepwalking. Which brings up another problem with betting, the biggest one I can see; decisions, subjective, often unfair if not downright corrupt. I'd rather bet on fights where a guy can finish his opponent.

True, definitely alot of room for bad decisions. Taking robberies into account is part of the game for sure. Lara vs Williams was my worst beating with that.

Also learnt that it's never a good idea to bet on a guy with no heart or a brittle chin. Put a bit of money on Ortiz to beat Lopez, that didn't end up going to plan.

So did I. But then I lost all of my earnings on stupid baseball bets

Advice is to pick your spots and not over bet (i.e. gamble on every fight under the sun, on fighters you haven't seen before). Exercise patience, and bet only on fights you have strong feelings about i.e. think the odds are considerably out of line.

watch film of the fighters before placing your bets, it helps cause even if it's two fighters you know very and have seen a million times...you won't remember everything about them or remember all the details of how their previous fights played out. do your homework.

Lost 200$ on Hopkins/Traver and haven't bet on boxing since.

This right here...patience is key...I have lost more of my bank roll by betting on shit for the sake of betting...

i kind of like Andre Berto vs Robert Guerrero to go the distance, or at least to go over 9.5 rds. Guerrero has no power & Berto only ko's faded vets & journeyman.
