Gold Weave????

So who makes a light gold weave? I loved my Shoyoroll Americana (sadly i shrunk it by accident) but all the other gold weaves I have looked at seem to be pretty heavy. I am open to any and all suggestions.

Thanks

Ground control fight gear released a batch using lite weight gold weave, unfortunately most sizes sold out but if you are an A2h check out their site for a good deal. I own the "flight suit" which is gray with yellow stitch and it is very nice and comparable to my Americana

Also check ctrl industries, their blue caricoa is also lite weight gold weave and their kimonos are also very very nice

Thanks for the advice. i have a ctrl pearl weave and the quality is outstanding. I am not tall enough for an A2h. Bummer I missed that.

Killer Bee is a Gi i would like to own. I dont know about the Gold but when I was looking at the pearl the skirts are really, really short. I believe they measured shorter than my Fuji that I already can not keep tucked in.

The Killer Bee gold weave isn't exactly lightweight. I'd say it's midweight. It's definitely heavier than a Shoyoroll Americana. I have to recommend GCFG and CTRL lightweight golds. If you're just looking to buy any gold weave, Killer Bee is the way to go. I have a Scutellata in blue and it's a great gi.

As far as the Ligustica from Killer Bee goes, I actually prefer the short skirt. I know a lot of people don't like it, but it fits great on me.

I'd go with CTRL's gold weave.

Their new blue Ipanema is a 450 gr light gold weave. Although the new white Ipanema and all their other gis are pearl weaves. I personally prefer gold weaves over pearls. My first gi was a Padilla which I know you've been a long time advocate of!!
